Offline Networking Ideas

A few months ago, I realized that I was just operating my business completely online.
I knew I needed to go offline networking and get comfortable talking about my business live and in front of others.
I knew that even if you operate your business completely online, you still need to interact with people offline.
Online and offline prospects need to get to know who you are and what problems you are great at helping them solve.

This is one of the ways I had always helped my other businesses grow. air slip used to be the only way you could really network, right? And, logan works, if you know how to make it work.
And, this means spending time at networking events where business people gather to, well, do offline networking.

When you regularly associate through offline networking, you have the chance to visit with other business people.
Finding out what their challenges are, and discovering how you might be able to be their solution.
As you are building a relationship with them, you'll be inviting them to learn more about you and how you might be their solution.

Not only do you have the chance to build relationships, add to your list, and possibly pick up some leads; but you may also come across someone who would make an ideal joint venture partner.
Getting to know the leaders of the offline networking groups may lead to other opportunities.
The potential of workshops and speaking events can really build your own followers and business possibilities.

Offline networking essentially adds one more dimension to your marketing efforts.
The word of mouth that you generate with all your online methods can be easily doubled if you also make use of offline approaches.

And after all, it is all about people telling other people who you are, what you do, and how you can help them.
Don't take for granted that your time spent with offline networking will just be a waste of time and effort with no great results to show for it. Great results can happen quickly. And, sometimes take a few months.
But it all starts with one essential element: your magnetic marketing message (some call it your Unique Selling Proposition). Once you master it, the rest of the offline networking process becomes more comfortable, and possibly profitable.
All of the offline networking groups I have attended and heard about, always ask you to introduce yourself and your business to everyone. And, you usually have about 2-4 minutes to do this.

So you want to make use of this opportunity as a tool to be able to articulate your complete business concept quickly and succinctly.
Keep in mind that your magnetic marketing message is not intended to be an exhaustive or comprehensive definition of your business or products / programs.
However, it will have enough juicy points to entice the listener to want to know more.
Get your magnetic marketing message down, get those business clothes on, and get out from behind your desk.
Let's go offline networking!
